My story
Before becoming a dietitian, I faced many challenges with nutrition. I found myself trying all the popular diets, avoiding countless foods just because someone on the internet labeled them as “bad.” At one point, I was eating only 1,000 calories a day, had an unhealthy relationship with food, felt exhausted, and was confused as to why I wasn’t seeing the results I wanted. This left me feeling like something was wrong with me when in reality, I simply needed a better understanding of my body and nutrition.
This experience led me to study nutrition so I could help others better understand how to fuel their bodies to achieve their health goals without restrictive diets and guilt. While in school, I developed a special interest in women’s health nutrition due to the unique challenges women face—whether it’s managing the physical demands of pregnancy, navigating postpartum recovery, or balancing hormonal health and PCOS.
That’s why I’m committed to providing compassionate, personalized guidance. Rather than forcing changes, I believe in meeting my clients where they are and taking a collaborative approach to creating sustainable plans that fit their goals and lifestyles. My goal is to empower women to feel confident and supported every step of the way.
